皮蛋紫薑豆腐
以黑醋汁調味,紫薑皮蛋香口,再絆香滑豆腐。

蟹粉小籠包:
蟹粉蟹肉味道正常,size比一般小籠包大,皮薄較易夾穿,器皿以碗上這道菜講真難夾到唔穿😵‍💫。

蟹粉金菇脆卷:
以炸金菇脆卷面頭加上蟹粉,味道可以,加成效果不大。

至尊蜜汁叉燒:
鮮嫰多汁,肥瘦均勻。

黑醋珍珠蟹粉蟹肉燕窩羹:
一個非常足料的菜式,每一匙羹都有蟹粉蟹肉加上燕窩,每口都鮮味感及咬感。

玫瑰虎蝦球:
蝦肉肉質爽脆,口感有點似玻璃蝦。

清蒸大閘蟹:
五両重的雄蟹,含膏量雖然未到爆膏,但份量是令人滿意的。

蟹粉扒時令有機菜苗:
蟹粉芡以蟹肉蟹黃碎薑整成,絆以鮮嫰爽口的豆苗,由於較多薑偏微辛。

生炒臘味糯米飯:
糯米飯煙韌,內裡有冬菇及蠟腸香口。

桂花薑茶紫薯水晶湯丸:
桂花清香,薑茶汁偏向辛口什至有點嗆口。
