To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

昨晚約一班即將去旅行之自己友團友開茶會,就嚟城景呢度中菜廳試下佢個秋冬進補套餐,一來鐘意個環境夠靜,二來又有任飲酒水,可以慢慢傾行程。套餐到,先嚟三小碟冷盤:炸豆腐粒,一啖一粒,外脆內滑,因為豆腐本身冇乜味,又冇落椒鹽,所以一定要點醋食,仲有五花腩肉,雖肥美但食落去又唔覺好油,焗蟹蓋好野味,不過禽睌出菜就比較耐d,可能係多客關係呱,希望大會留意下啦。三層芝士乳豬就比較失望少少,乳豬皮有d靭。仲有蟲草花蒸龍躉片,入口清清地,魚皮厚夠曬骨膠原,但我食果舊魚片就還有少少魚鱗黏住,廚師下次要留意下。臘味芥蘭煲、雲耳酒釀鷄煲,大大煲夠份量,秋冬天食臘/膶腸一定係絕配,鷄煲肉質嫩滑,啖湯有淡淡酒味同鷄既精華。最後上埋個鱆魚鷄粒荷葉飯一碟(有兩份)食到要打包一份,個糖水係桃膠燉雪耳,夠清潤,全個餐連加一都係每人三佰幾蚊抱住個肚埋單期待十二月又有乜套餐優惠!
