To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. 📍一風堂東涌達東路20號東薈城名店倉6樓603號舖講到食拉麵，相信大家對「一風堂」呢個日本品牌都唔會陌生。今次到訪東薈城名店倉分店，裝修同環境都舒服！見到最新推介周打蜆濃湯拉麵🍜即刻吸引咗我去試😍🍜周打蜆濃湯拉麵定食 $88以美式周打濃湯加入一風堂經典豚骨湯底湯底同埋新鮮大蜆一齊煮！湯底濃稠順滑更帶有鮮味😍除咗脹卜卜蜆肉，仲有一條好長嘅香脆煙肉、薯仔粒同巴馬臣芝士令到口感層次豐富中太麵條較粗身，咬落去非常有口感！唐揚炸雞3件 +$28炸雞肉質嫩滑而且好Juicy!熱辣辣食好好味😋🍜特製白丸定食 $85白丸係招牌湯底，有濃郁嘅豚骨味，今次轉咗炙燒卷腩叉燒，少少肥但都唔會好膩🍙叉燒角包 +28 好鍾意食呢一個麵包，咬落去好軟熟！入面包住炙燒卷腩叉燒食🥟一風堂餃子一口餃子，細細粒份量剛剛好！加上調味同醬汁，可以減低油膩感覺非常滿足嘅一餐😌
