To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我哋住喺沙田咁耐都好少去科學園,今日特意渣車入嚟行吓。原来科學園入面有好多餐廳食肆,而且地方好大、空氣清新,行到嚟19號19w大樓1樓呢度有條長走廊,仲有啲特大梳化可以坐喺度輕鬆傾吓偈,真係心曠神怡!隔離有間酒樓叫匯聚軒,係食粵菜嘅,環境同裝修都好舒服。我哋商量後就坐低,點咗幾個菜。菜式方面,火爆安格斯牛柳條辣勁十足、賣相吸引,每一啖都嘗到牛肉嘅細嫩同新鮮;而瑤柱貴妃雞嘅味道恰到好處,肉質適中不柴;至於椒絲腐乳炒生菜,炒得火侯恰當,既保留咗青菜嘅爽口,又帶出腐乳嘅香味,真係令人食慾大增。每次嘅探索,科學園總會帶來意想不到嘅驚喜,期待下次再訪,繼續發掘更多精彩嘅美食同享受。
