To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚老公請我食飯(其實有哪一餐不是他請的呢?)先上麵包,自家製的粟米包,新鮮焗起,熱辣辣。前菜是油醋汁沙律,我選擇牛肉片沙律。老公選擇雞肉腸沙律。油醋汁略嫌太酸。我的主菜,美國 Prime 級西冷牛扒。煎得剛剛好,肉味濃郁!老公的主菜,法式芥末燒乳豬,說明要吃下半身的,即是燒乳豬肶肉,肉質嫩滑,皮脆得吃時會卜卜聲。餐飲有多款選擇,我以往每次都選凍薑蜜。今次改為試試水蜜桃綠茶,老公點石榴汁。一杯是橄欖綠色,一杯是珊瑚粉紅,都是好漂亮的流行顔色!二人晚餐埋單HK$460多,在深井來說是較貴價,但我試過其他的餐廳,到頭來還是會再回來,因為質素穩定,物有所值。
