To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

在半山學校住宅區 有一家屹立多年的港式小廚 小妹在附近上學多年 從來沒好好品嚐 當越食越多創意美食 倒忽然懂得返樸歸真 看似最普通的菜式 其實最耐吃 明發的菜式很齊全 比酒樓的更豐富小妹外賣了一客泰式蝦醬海鮮炒飯 $47配熱飲 有蝦仁 帶子 蟹柳 炒蛋 洋蔥 生菜絲 飯好大盒 餸的比例也很多 飯不油膩 炒得很乾爽（師傅的功夫一流！控制油份不容易啊） 味道也很均勻 不會一口鹹一口淡 不過蝦醬的味道可以濃點

小妹外賣了一客泰式蝦醬海鮮炒飯 $47配熱飲 有蝦仁 帶子 蟹柳 炒蛋 洋蔥 生菜絲 飯好大盒 餸的比例也很多 飯不油膩 炒得很乾爽（師傅的功夫一流！控制油份不容易啊） 味道也很均勻 不會一口鹹一口淡 不過蝦醬的味道可以濃點
