晚市堂食解禁後,逐一相約好友聚餐,這次約了同住區內的好友到荃灣飯局;雖然香港已踏入五月,但天氣乍暖還寒,時晴時雨,所以打邊爐很適合這個時節;而芸芸食肆之中,好友與我這次都一致都指向了大鴻輝這棟美食大廈內的一鍋堂;在連續兩日紅色假期後,預估食材會更加好,所以這天下午就打電話去訂了位;晚市的第一節在7點開始,約定好友此前在大鴻輝中心地下等;隨著排隊的人流逐漸進入電梯,到達餐廳所在樓層時一打開門,空氣中彌漫著的氣味以及門口的佈置,都是那麼的熟悉,令人甚有好感!掃了出行碼量了體溫,然後在門口櫃台選定套餐B及鴛鴦湯底,再由職員帶位後在舖排於走廊邊的二人枱入座;高層的景觀,依舊坐得舒服,加上高樓底,良好的冷氣系統,餐具乾淨整潔,皆是好友與我都偏愛一鍋堂的箇中原因;甫一坐低,好友與我都將手機的接收網絡轉用了餐廳的Wi-Fi,再掃描了店員放低的二維碼紙仔,進入了主畫面,就可以在手機上開始點選食材;與好友商量好就選好第一輪十幾樣熟悉又有標誌性的食材,趁湯底未到之前,大家分工合作--好友去拿取飲品,我就帶回了醬料(重點一定要有芫茜)及鮮蔬;(有高質食材又鍾愛重口味的,必選麻辣湯底;但原來胡椒豬肚湯也相當高
在連續兩日紅色假期後,預估食材會更加好,所以這天下午就打電話去訂了位;
晚市的第一節在7點開始,約定好友此前在大鴻輝中心地下等;

店員推著車仔來到我們餐枱旁邊,將那樓高8層的盛載著惹人垂涎的各式食材黃色膠砵放上枱面,確實甚具氣勢!

很多時打邊爐的程序是海鮮類及肉丸類優先享用,我們也算是跟風的;
