To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日去咗黃大仙廣場,試食星、泰、越嘅漁樂。佢哋人手一定非常之短缺啦,我1230入坐,到1240都未有人執枱,我叫咗三位不同侍應,她們都係話好快就嚟啦😥先點菜,泰式金不換炒金邊粉,越南魚頭片扎肉湯河,朋友本來推介炒菜,話幾好味,但怕辣,所以最後冇叫到,希望食物有水準啦。河粉不過不失,冇乜特別,而魚頭辣片未有預期咁香口,整體還可以啦。至於炒金邊粉,就炒得幾香,味道帶有少少甜,少少酸,有趣嘅係我發現佢將辣椒碎放喺金邊粉嘅左邊,有小執白砂糖放喺金邊粉右邊,唔知係咪要自己撈勻佢哩辣椒粉,要撈勻唔出奇,可能是乎你喜歡嘅辣度,但係白砂糖究竟要撈勻定係佢跌咗一執落去呢🤔我都唔敢肯定🙄 蝦亦都I爽口,整體嘅配搭幾好,幾開胃,而且份量好足,可以再叫。餐廳設計雖然唔能夠分清楚究竟屬於星、泰、越邊個式,但整體都算可以啦,平均每人50幾蚊,間中去食飯都無妨。
