To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

雖然天后嘅食市經常轉手，但係每一次行過去天后我都有信心華姐清湯腩一定會仲喺度嘅今晚照舊叫咗牛腩米同腩汁蘿蔔再加支裝忌廉，呢個配搭一定無得輸如果你未試過嘅話，呢度啲牛腩咁多d都保持水凖，牛腩唔算肥又好香牛味，湯底都好正，不過稍為油左d。不過如果男仔食一定唔夠飽呀，分量稍為少咗啲另一亮點就係佢哋個辣椒油，唔太辣但香！配牛腩米簡直係絕配不過次次去我都覺得個環境麻麻，店裏面好侷促，有一陣味，如果通風系統再做得好啲就好喇！
