Walked pass the door and got attracted by the numerous toys. Looking at the toys it recalled many of our childhood memories. We were curious of how the restaurant inner design looked like so we reserved a table to try several days later. Once you enter the shop, you need to walk down a mini staircase to reach the bottom. Crunchy n the outside and moist on the inside. Grilled nicely!
Sashimi
5 Selections of Sashimi Platter ($360)
All the sashimi is fresh and sweet. Tuna fish belly is thick cut and the sweet shrimp is very sweet. Sea uni is so delicious and we wrapped it with seaweed!
Miyaraki Pork Belly ($45)
Pork is juicy and tender. A tint of salt on the top brings out the meat taste.
Wagyu Skewer
Wagyu is so soft and juicy!
Crabmeat & Crab Paste with Soft Boiled Egg ($168)
This dish is not what we expected. I can only taste the egg but not the crabmeat
North Kyusha Oyster ($68)
Oysters well grilled and very fresh.
Sweet Corn ($33)
Corn is very sweet and well grilled!
