To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間兄弟記係第一次去,見到冇乜人就入去試下。我地3個人叫左4個餸,腐乳炒通菜,小炒皇,魚香茄子煲,菠蘿生炒骨。先唔講味道,以4個餸上菜既時間黎講,我地剛入去係得2枱坐左客人,連埋我地都係3枱。4個餸,合共用左1個鐘頭15分鐘先上齊,啲餸冇影到,因為已經等餸等到餓哂。遂個遂個上,速度係勁慢,之後都陸遂多人,啲人都已經等得唔耐煩,上菜速度以一間炒小菜既店黎講係忌諱。再到味道方面,第一碟等左20分鐘上菜既係腐乳炒通菜,腐乳味超淡,通菜冇獲氣,炒到‘’一住菜‘’。生炒骨係呢4個餸最正常,調味夠酸甜,生炒骨唔會炸到粉同肉分離,唔泡。第3個上既菜係魚香茄子煲,呢個係有鹹魚味,但係茄子唔掛汁,普遍食落去有啲淡,唔夠獲氣,汁過多。最後上菜係小炒皇,有好多料既,腰果,蝦乾,腎,但係韮菜花係比得勁少,啲料仲多過韮菜。總結,明顯唔夠人手,上菜速度勁慢,味道只能講一般。食小菜寧願去熟食中心。
