其實我好鍾意食印度菜㗎,對我嚟講印度菜係又好味又神秘嘅菜式,因為對佢嘅認識唔多,只係知道佢哋會加入好多嘅香料去製作。而機緣巧合下,就去咗人生第一次去嘅重慶大廈,去食印度菜。😋🧡芝士薯仔餡煎餅Cheese Masala Dosa $98除咗薯仔餡,入邊仲有洋蔥同豆類,配咗兩種唔同嘅醬料,一隻係奶味比較重有少少椰絲喺入邊嘅,味道比較甜,另外一隻就係鹹鹹地有少少辣味,餡餅會配一碗豆湯,豆湯口味比較辣,同埋有浸胡椒香氣。🧡乳酪脆米球Dahi Poori $78我好鍾意食呢個㗎,一個圓轆轆嘅脆米球,入邊放滿薯仔乳酪紅石榴等配料,一咬爆漿嘅感覺,實在太驚喜啦,個人好推介食呢一款菜式。🧡牛油烤雞Butter Chicken $118微辣嘅牛油烤雞,辣辣地有浸奶味嘅咖喱,配埋NA A N非常夾!簡直係絕配!雞肉嘅份量都幾多,嫩滑唔嚡口。🧡蒜蓉烤餅 Garlic Naan $30呢個係咖喱嘅好朋友,上邊有啲蒜蓉同牛油,外皮比較脆入邊有少少煙靭嘅感覺。🧡印度番紅花杏仁雪糕Kesar Kulfi$58呢個我好欣賞!一開頭嚟到見到點解一粒粒三角形,以為係菠蘿,點知一食落口,好重煉奶味,又有啲脆杏仁喺入邊,我好
