呢間中環嘅日系秘魯菜居酒屋「Tokyolima」,由秘魯主廚Arturo設計菜式~第一次去食日本秘魯fusion菜,感覺好新奇!我地揀咗free flow oyster,海水味唔重,正正常常~點咗佢哋嘅汁反而海水味出啲!前菜有4款🌛KI-MO-CHI炸雞炸得幾香脆,雞肉唔算好嫩滑但都可以接受~點埋沙律醬就ok🌛LA CAUSA蝦微脆微暖,都幾好食🌛T-3 SALAD (V)🌛SS SALAD (V)係青瓜加簥麥麵🤣正正常常~Karaage fried chicken/ rocotoSalmon 比想像中細嚿但幾好食!煎得啱啱好,好嫩滑~Beef adobo姐係牛面頰~唔係入口即溶好重膠質嘅口感~而且調味偏酸🥹我一般般DESSERT OYE MAMI係脆餅+雲尼拿雪糕+打到勁實嘅cream~幾特別嘅combination
