今日路過銅羅灣百德新街, 見人多排 "美味廚", 諗住都好正啦. 一於俾少少耐性去排.人多, 要等位, 好正常, 最緊要就係好食啦, 係咪? 門口等時見到都好多推介喎. 心諗, 正!入到去坐低, 見幾個菜.1. (招牌) 排骨飯2. 擔擔面3. 菜磅蟹好啦, 先上個排骨菜飯.一食, 死火, 我咁大個仔都未食過咁 "堅硬", 外皮又肥肥地既 "排骨". 真係第一次食咁難食既排骨! 個菜飯仲還可以, 係濕左 d好啦, 擔擔面. 算不過不失啦, 但係超級普通, 如果唔洗等位, 可以作醫肚用啦.最後黎個菜磅蟹, 呢個又係一個驚典! 又係咁大個仔第一次食到咁難食既菜磅蟹!! 我o岩o岩先知如來蛋白係咁 "鞋" 架! 加上一 d 味都無, 蟹肉就當然無架啦. 呢個經典, 我要俾 5 個差佢 唔知個櫥係咪暑期工? 咁既質素都可以拿黎賣, 送 "美味廚" 你一個 「服」字! 注意下出品啦唔該, 唔係要你好食, 「普通」水準己經 ok 啦, 辛苦晒.p.s. 成餐發覺, 最好食既野居然係... 佢屈你一定要既前菜 - "鹹菜"! 真係講都無人信呀.
