花漾係Time Sqaure新開嘅星馬餐廳,見裝修幾靚價錢又唔貴就約朋友黎試下。佢地嘅Menu選擇都好豐富,講得出嘅地道星馬菜都可以喺度食倒,全部都係一百幾十就有交易。凍桔仔話梅冰($32) - 話梅酸甜味幾突出,唔會太甜,都幾好飲。凍香茅鮮橙茶($32) - 香茅味唔算重,反而以橙味為主,味道唔錯。班蘭咖也多士($36) - 多士中間除左咖也仲有大大塊鮮牛油,甜甜嘅咖也醬配上微鹹嘅牛油比淨係得咖也醬好食,不過就唔太食倒班蘭味。參峇醬燒魔鬼魚($148) - 雖然魔鬼魚喺星馬係好普遍嘅菜式,但就第一次喺香港嘅星馬餐廳見倒,所以點都要試下。魔鬼魚大約有手掌咁大,佢地嘅魚骨同我地平時食倒嘅魚係唔同,魚骨喺晒底部,而且都比較租同唔係尖嘅,所以唔怕會有哽骨嘅問題。魚肉一條條咁,肉質係帶少少彈性,配埋參峇醬幾惹味。輕量地道老鼠粉($68) - 老鼠粉雖然話係輕量,但載滿直徑約6吋嘅沙煲份量又冇想像中咁少。老鼠粉上面鋪滿半熟蛋、豬肉碎、花生、江魚仔、菜脯同參峇醬,配埋煙韌嘅老鼠粉,撈勻食辣辣地咁幾好食。椰子雪糕三文治($38) - 所謂三文治其實似似地懷舊西餐嘅餐包,口感係比較軟熟,中間放左椰子
