今日放工去左太子食飯,一出地鐵見到一間新開螺絲粉,我都未食過螺螄粉,見新開吾算多人,價錢又大,所以入左去原來螺絲粉係係用鮮螺做湯底,所以湯底味較鮮香螺味,而且款式都吾少老公點左一碗炸蛋豆乾螺螄粉,再追加小食椒麻小酥肉,炸蛋好酥脆,豆乾似豆卜,吸收咗湯底既螺味,好好味,小酥肉好香好鬆化我自己點左一碗豬手鴨腳螺螄粉,加小食藤椒涼拌魚皮,豬手肉好淋,皮仲keep 到彈性,配合得十分好,涼拌魚皮好爽彈,加上檸檬汁同醋,帶少少酸,開胃小食,十分好味
