無聊行過ifc,見到有間餐廳新開,燈光有啲暗,一條友仔膽粗粗去試下,睇完餐牌,係咁多個送到我揀左個sea bass等緊送時有一袋紙袋,入面兩個麵包仔,牛角包好味!😛食完兩個包條魚就到,擺得真係好靚,睇得出師傅放左唔少心思係擺碟到,搞到我都忍唔住要影張相先食 (平時我好少會相機食先),魚皮好脆,煎得好香,魚肉一啲都唔鞋",切開後啲魚仲可以叉住黎食!食完好想encore XD面頭有啲青瓜絲,有啲應該係炸"丫支竹",有啲Oliver oil (配菜係我估計嘅,餐牌上無寫有咩配菜)我見其他枱嘅人食steak食pasta,不過我覺得好多地方都有得食steak同pasta,但煮sea bass煮得好食嘅地方唔多,對上一次食到好食嘅sea bass係係台北一間米芝蓮一星嘅高級餐廳,成千蚊港紙一碟,呢到三百幾,好抵啦!餐廳嘅服務員都好nice新手第一次寫食評 (PS唔係打手),因為想同大家推介呢間餐廳同呢碟魚
