To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日同爸爸食飯, 想食黃油蟹, 都驚季尾無得食, 所以專登續間問下有無先, 打嚟依間問話有, 咁我就即刻訂位! 嚟到個男部長話無蟹叫我地轉第樣, 我話我打咗嚟問有先嚟㗎! 個男部長話其實今日4點已經通知咗每個訂咗位㗎客人無蟹, 咁我話無人通知過我, 隔離個女部長即刻講"馮小姐吖嘛! 打咗兩次俾你啦! 你無聽之嘛!" 我話電話都無響過, 根手俾個電話通訊紀錄個部長睇, 個女部長即轉態話可能炒錯電話, 之後走咗去😑唔緊要....都算!之後落單個個仲攪笑, 漏單之餘仲九唔搭八:我: 個餐燉湯係咩湯?女部長: 廚房燉湯我: 即係咩呢?女部長: 都係個D啦(...)我: 咁有無得轉其他湯?女部長: 你想飲咩湯吖? 除咗個翅之外都可以選擇, 豬肺湯個D囉! 我: 咁好啦! 就豬肺湯(嚟到變咗第二樣, 問返個女部長)女部長: 吓! 乜我無講咩...轉頭走咗返嚟話: 餐個湯係無得轉㗎! 今日係咩就出咩!我: 我地問咗你話有得轉㗎喎...女部長: 係無得轉㗎! 我無講過可以轉喎! 其實所有嘢都好少事, 講句唔好意思我地絕對接受! 唔明點解要屈落顧客到先, 到最後都只有男部長講唔好意思...
唉! 你請我都唔會再嚟😠
