To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上次幫襯時食咗佢推介的pig knuckle及希臘沙律,好好味.上星期四晚再去,兩個唔算太大食的人,叫了三個菜share.火箭菜蘋果合桃xxx沙律 意式香腸意粉燒春雞待應返轉頭話冇火箭菜,改唔知咩菜(我冇心裝載)得唔得,求其是但啦. 咁嚟咗碟原來係baby spinach,都係綠色啫,我當然照食.意式香腸意粉 - 個汁醬精彩呀, 我地兩個意粉怪三扒兩撥就食到見底.燒春雞 - 好味,特別係嗰幾舊薯仔,好腍好粉,唔知咩品種.叫甜品時,其實我有七成飽,但個待應話tiramisu好正,信你啦.點知我去完廁所返嚟,老公竟然另外點咗apple & pear crumber with ice cream, 哇,作反呀.到見到碟提拉米蘇,真係嚇咗一跳,唔係化,成個漢堡包咁大,兩個...應該係四個分都得. 老公兜crumber唔算大,但側邊兜雪糕足足有兩三球. 唔係咁大整古係嘛, 我地使唔使行返大埔呀.唯人唔滿意地方就係餐酒選擇好少,價錢唔多合理, 不過我之前嚟過知道, 自己帶咗枝酒, 寧願俾$50開瓶費佢. (註:正式收費係$100, 但我呢枝係擰蓋, 唔使勞煩佢, 所以收$50)呢期dbs卡有九
