兩星期前曾光顧這間餐廳,點了日式豬扒定食,除了個味噌湯鹹了些外,都合格嘅,另一個鰻魚石頭鍋飯就真係覺得好唔掂,食唔出究竟是什麼味道。今日心情好,就比多次機會你,希望廚師個日係一時失手,點知又再一次"中伏",最簡單嘅三文治竟然做到外脆內韌,即係連麵包都要隔夜,紅酒燴牛尾意粉欠缺了應該有的濃郁味道,淡淡的不是紅酒、不是蕃茄;也不是燒汁,咁呀廚師你想點呀!最後的芝士海鮮焗飯,吓爛飯....我唔食軟飯,普通午餐嘅所謂海鮮都唔會有乜祈望,但都正正經經淋個芝士沐再焗香那"冰鮮"+飯就收貨,但連這麼小的要求都做唔到,肯定沒第三次。
