幾年前食過一次印象幾好,今次朋友請我們來再食過,這裏有代客泊車,揸車來好方便。 當晚我們點了的菜式有椒鹽豆腐, 米蘭野菌焗帶子, 招牌即燒乳豬, 芥末蝦球, 啫啫芥蘭煲,砂鍋鮑粒瑤柱炒飯, 最後還有紅豆沙做糖水。椒鹽豆腐外層脆卜卜,入面好滑。米蘭野菌焗帶子, 野菌做得夠乾身, 上菜的時候很香, 帶子比較細粒但好鮮甜。招牌即燒乳豬, 果然是招牌菜, 乳豬皮做得好香脆, 肥瘦適中, 肉汁豐富。芥末蝦球, 啖啖肉的蝦球非常好味。啫啫芥蘭煲, 火喉十足,食到有肉粒的鹹香味,十分惹味。砂鍋鮑汁瑤柱炒飯, 質感有少少濕, 味道調教得很適中。最後還有紅豆沙做飯後甜品, 甜度適中, 入口香甜。平時到九龍城好多時只記得吃泰國菜, 其實城寨風味的中菜也很有水準,雖然價位不算太平,但菜式保持質素。

米蘭野菌焗帶子, 野菌做得夠乾身, 上菜的時候很香, 帶子比較細粒但好鮮甜。

招牌即燒乳豬, 果然是招牌菜, 乳豬皮做得好香脆, 肥瘦適中, 肉汁豐富。

芥末蝦球, 啖啖肉的蝦球非常好味。

啫啫芥蘭煲, 火喉十足,食到有肉粒的鹹香味,十分惹味。

砂鍋鮑汁瑤柱炒飯, 質感有少少濕, 味道調教得很適中。

最後還有紅豆沙做飯後甜品, 甜度適中, 入口香甜。

平時到九龍城好多時只記得吃泰國菜, 其實城寨風味的中菜也很有水準,雖然價位不算太平,但菜式保持質素。
