To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

前日(25-12-2014 Thur)同男友o黎o係’G’字頭o既團購公司買o既聖誕大餐,我o地o黎到坐低後,我o地就揀o野食,由於我o地係兩個餐,所以二選一o既沙律同甜品都可以要晒兩款,只係主菜要四選二,我就一定揀香烤火雞,無他,聖誕節嘛.個女侍應就係咁推介肉眼扒,男友睇完都覺得肉眼扒吸引,於是都揀呢個.而飲品係2小時任飲,當中竟然包一啲烈酒(啤酒例外),我o地唔飲烈酒o既人,就可以試吓喇. (有關酒類,講睇下面o既酒類欄.)首先到o黎o既係牛肉,香腸甜菜湯和羅宋湯,熱騰騰而且好香,飲落,味道好濃,杰度o岩o岩好,唔錯.然後係兩個沙律,水牛芝士番茄沙律同巴馬火腿哈蜜瓜沙律.水牛芝士番茄得三對,水牛芝士就係味道淡淡o既芝士,沙律菜新鮮,而黑醋落得o岩o岩好,好味.而巴馬火腿哈蜜瓜沙律呢,menu寫有蔬菜,甜瓜,小番茄,巴馬火腿,洋蔥同蜂蜜黑醋醬,但….我o地只見同食到有巴馬火腿,小番茄同蔬菜.巴馬火腿得幾片仔,重要係風乾o左同細片,好失望囉.而蜂蜜黑醋醬好似食唔出喎.之後主菜香烤火雞o黎到,呢個配有烤薯仔,釀火雞料,小椰菜,青豆,紅蘿蔔,香腸卷,約克郡布丁,肉汁同紅莓醬.火雞肉不嬲都

火雞肉不嬲都係o鞋,呢o度亦唔例外,亦好可惜佢冇乜味,紅莓醬我o地一啲都食唔出.烤薯仔係切片俾我o地;香腸卷就係外面用煙肉包住而已;而約克郡布丁原本都幾香,但凍o左就影響o左,成個軟腍腍,味道淡淡唔甜.

而最後見到有一pat o野,應該就係釀火雞料,煎到外面幾脆,餡料唔太惹味.

呢個唔可以斯文由上而下逐層食,要一匙直插到底勺起o黎食,至食到成個甜品o既組合.成個味道唔太濃唔太甜,只係覺得有啲漏.

酒類:
大多數都係第一次飲,感覺Tequila有啲似米酒,但佢只燒口腔同脷,唔係好哽.

Whisky味道濃少少,感覺同Tequila o既差唔多,但男友話Whisky o係喉嚨發熱,咁我又冇喎.

我同個講廣東話o既男侍應講,要半杯,點知斟到滿滿.我一飲,嘩!呢個超難飲,難飲唔係燒喉,相反佢係完成唔燒,而係佢o既味道,得個苦字,我同男友呢杯就真係o徙o左人o地,我o地只飲o左4,5啖咋.

味道係3.51分

服務:
我打電話o黎book位時,個女仔問我o地想坐出面定入面,原來有出面,咁我揀出面啦.

由於環境昏暗,睇唔到menu,個女侍應揸住支電筒仔照住menu俾的o地睇,好攪笑.

侍應大部份係講英文,有個好熱情好得意,唔錯.

上肉眼扒同熱檸水時,侍應會自動拎埋芥末同糖o黎.

環境:
呢晚落毛毛雨又凍凍地,其實我都幾驚凍,想o黎到時改坐入面,但原來唔使,因為佢o地有暖爐,我o地唔覺得凍啊.
