Omakase一向都比人好貴格的感覺,令人敬而遠之。的確,無論係日本抑或香港,食餐Omakase既晚餐最少都800-1000起跳,所以好多餐廳都會做午市,令大家可以用較低的價格享受到鮨店的食物。當中,舞鶴嘅性價比算係最高咁濟。自選8件同12件壽司分別係$228/$268,包埋前菜丶湯丶麵同甜品,午市都夠哂飽!一貫作風,先以沙律及麵豉湯開場。沙律食落新鮮,配以少許醋,開胃。湯我就覺得有少少咸,所以少飲,廢事影響之後食壽司既味道。好滑既茶壺蒸,當中最搶眼既就係加入元貝(即係乾瑤柱),味道咸淡適中,不錯!一開始就黎個蝦貝魚三重奏。左起分別係甘蝦丶帆立貝同埋吞拿魚腩甘蝦肉質好爽甜,一貫生蝦帶來的甘甜味再加上厚身既肉質,真係好滿足帆立貝都好鮮甜,但最正既係吞拿魚腩本身都怕200幾蚊既 壽司食唔到好食既Tuna,點知呢個魚腩依然好肥味魚肉切開後依然好挻身,唔會軟腍腍,証明材料新鮮同優質。中拖羅程度既油脂,食落油脂夠香,再加上係魚肉上面斜劃幾刀,魚油更容易爆發!正!食完油脂感重既Tuna,整番件甜甜地既厚切玉子壽司。甜甜地,清下味蕾。燒吞拿魚腩同平政魚兩種油脂都好滿足,分別體驗燒過同冇燒過的魚油口感
