前幾日想book位,原來只限walk in,又諗著平日試無咁多人,點知七點幾到最後都要九點先入,趕得切喺九點半last order前入座,基本上八點三之後嚟拎位嘅已經無得排。雖然主菜只有兩款但足以吸引咁多人去食,當然任食薯條都好正。薯條係新鮮炸起,有陣陣嘅鹽咸同黑松露粉味,除咗主菜,個人都食咗四碟薯條。每一個餐可以加38蚊加沙律、可樂、蘑菇湯嘅其中兩款。沙律嘅醋有啲太酸,而個湯三分之一嘅體積都係蘑菇。分量奇多,如果太早食飽就享受唔到主菜。Flat Iron Steak 係切好上,medium係建議食法,加埋個蒜(出奇地淡味,好配個牛),唯一只係比第二份主菜乾。Guest chef’s flat iron就多汁好多,都係medium,好嫩亦都唔會太韌。特別推介係牛肉底下嘅薯蓉,好有牛油味,可惜個量太少。
