To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期日喺銅鑼灣食lunch ,四圍都排哂長龍,見呢間唔洗等就入咗去食.雖然客人唔算好多,不過啲員工都勁急勁趕咁,服務態度認真麻麻.我地叫咗一個咖哩雞扒飯同牛肉蕃茄烏冬。之後一路等一路等,呆坐咗半粒鐘先上咗個咖哩飯.一見到個樣已經知奶野,食落果然出事,啲汁杰到成pat屎咁,個味係有喺到,但撈飯一啲都唔好食,想像下咖哩汁撈飯個口感變成薯蓉撈飯,個雞望落係脆脆,但其實乾到不得了,零肉汁,以為自己食緊紙皮,不個佢飯量好足,只係啲汁唔多,去到後期係乾吞白飯食完個咖哩飯,個烏冬都未嚟,想催下個侍應,佢又係態度勁hea,之後等多幾分鐘終於食得.賣相好蕃茄,但個烏冬係無味,佢完全索唔到蕃茄湯嘅味,個牛又係同個烏冬同蕃茄分離咁,乜味都無,三樣食材無好好融合終結:四圍排長龍,而呢到唔洗等係有原因。
