放工又喺灣仔食飯,好耐無食過韓燒,就揀呢間覓炙。晚市雖然有88折,但上到去得兩三檯,我估係因為樓上店又只開業半年掛~ 叫咗三款肉,韓味香葱西冷卷、黑毛豬五花腩卷、原味護心肉,同沙律韓式大葱沙律。大葱沙律好 flesh ,沙律汁小小甜,不過我嫌啲葱有少少生。香葱西冷卷,唔知係咪我燒烤技巧唔得,啲肉熟,但條葱仲勁生。如果燒得太耐,啲肉又韌,而且啲肉本身又無乜味。五花腩卷就不過不失,我燒到啲邊有少少脆口,又有少少肉汁,唔會乾爭爭。護心肉都有少少肉味,千其唔好燒太熟,又係易韌。幾碟都放咗洋蔥絲,令到味道較為單一,而且洋葱太多又會搶味。最後要讚一讚個爐,因為個抽風做得好,所以我地走都無乜油煙味。

五花腩卷就不過不失,我燒到啲邊有少少脆口,又有少少肉汁,唔會乾爭爭。
護心肉都有少少肉味,千其唔好燒太熟,又係易韌。
