To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

終於在元朗開了譚仔三哥喇,一直都堅持只食譚仔三哥,味道真有點不一樣啊。昨日同朋友結伴,終於可以放低仔仔,享用午餐。其實一直不明白為何蕃茄湯底需要下午三時後才能點的,昨日中午12時到達,元朗店不需等位直接可入座,當然還是要搭枱吧,點了麻辣湯底配上10小辣,一般都會走芽菜,走韭菜,而女生還可以點小米喇(既可環保唔浪費,亦可減一蚊) 上枱後發現腩肉脂肪含量較多,但薄片還可以接受,肉醬一直分碗上,係我最欣賞既地方。但10小辣味道真的很清淡,最後係自己再添味道呢。另外,不能不叫的小食,當然土匪避雞翼,味道讓人回味,上枱即時食了1隻,所以拍照只有2隻,唔知點解唔雙數要單數上碟呢簡單一餐亦很滿足

上枱後發現腩肉脂肪含量較多,但薄片還可以接受,肉醬一直分碗上,係我最欣賞既地方。但10小辣味道真的很清淡,最後係自己再添味道呢。
