To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

因為屋企住灣仔，所以都會鍾意去周邊的餐廳探索一下，其中我都幾鍾意去依間燒肉like因為過咗放工時間之後,晚飯7:30,餐廳都係坐5成左右，加上位置都叫寬敞，所以可以食得幾自在燒肉like最大特性就係全線自己話事,食乜嘢肉,去到要煮多幾熟，用乜嘢醬汁.都全程自己話事.我就鍾意食呢個牛小排同牛板腱套餐，因為佢肉質就最彈性另外配搭海鹽醬或者BBQ醬感覺一流另外再加咗兩個兒童餐兒童餐裏面有豬肉有牛肉有玉子同蟹柳再加兩個紫菜飯團，仲有一個飲品最緊要兩個細路都識得津津有味，如果小朋友份量嚟講，我覺得都值得推介
