To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

都說香港是星際美食之都啦!今天因要到旅行社開茶會，開完會後已是下午三時多，到了彌敦道i-square的茶木，茶木的名字，很多人都知道，是一間走大眾化路線的食店，專營台灣美食。入内坐低看見週圍環境不錯，簡约裝修，有種窗明几淨的感覺。我要了一份三杯雞温泉起司吐司加黑塘珍珠奶茶，而朋友則要了一個總滙三文治加柚子蜜茶。先說三杯雞起司吐司，麵飽用西多的做法，先炸香後再加上芝士，再外披上温泉蛋加三杯雞，配菜則用生菜及沙律菜相伴，賣相0K，但味比較濃烈，然而口感卻又不錯。至於總滙三文治則其實是三文治内加沙律，但卻奇怪在用的卻不是沙律醬而是用忌廉，就是這樣，食落就有(漏)的感覺，可能用的忌廉量是過量了。而兩杯飲品都偏向較甜，固喜愛清淡的朋友，如果要幫襯就要考慮一下，不過在這樣舒適的還境下，食，可能已不是主角了
