To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好多時午餐唔想食肉，狂食沙律會超級貴同時又寒涼。約左朋友食個快飯。去樓下既紅城，會有素菜午餐可以揀，不過今日受唔住引誘要左咖喱，不過主要都係菜。雖然唔太健康，不過偶然要放肆下！佢最抵讚係咖哩同飯會自動分開上，咁啲飯吸幾多咖喱就可以完全自己控制，係無咁肥既！咖喱入面有薯仔，茄子等等。菜類唔算好多，不過煮得幾腍。咖喱汁唔辣，不過都香口。煎蛋有啲過熟，所以蛋黃完全唔會流，少少失望。呢個唔係set好既午餐，所以無包湯同野飲。
