潮州人食物選擇唔算多,但款式幾有特色,係出面唔太會見到咁嘅配搭。主菜係湯米/湯飯/撈米,餸有花膠、醉蝦、手切靚牛肉同大蜆等等花膠係用蠔油炆過嘅,夠入味但單吃會咸左少少,本身個汁好濃郁,最好撈落碗湯米到,比個米粉吸收左汁之後,整體味道會平衡番。其餘幾款味道就會比較清新,尤其係清湯蜆。牛肉湯米嘅湯頭特別甜,值得推薦👍🏻👍🏻醉蝦同醉雞翼有好濃烈嘅酒味,酒以外調味就輕手啲,香味重但食落清新,唔錯食物簡單但幾特別,份量可以揀大/細,係太子想簡單食一餐都係唔錯嘅選擇
