To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

1.自己屬於初嚟報到嘅半個大埔街坊,仲發掘緊有邊幾間家常小店可以長期幫襯。路過見到呢間和暢金廚舖仔細細,餐牌上面嘅食物都幾啱Feel,就試吓2.今次係第二次幫襯,一坐低,嗌個湯先。$20兩碗,蓮藕粉葛豆豆豆豆湯,無味精但好夠味,好飲到食完飯嗌多次再飲先夠喉3.當晚蒸魚嘅選擇有斑有深水泥鯭,我哋就嗌咗金絲𩶘($90/2條)。魚蒸得啱啱好,肉質嫩滑;蒸魚嘅精髓熟油蔥豉油夠晒香,撈飯食100分4.錦鹵雲吞唔係大大舊嗰款雲吞,係一塊雲吞皮包細細粒餡嗰種,炸得酥脆,唔會話攤凍咗再炸吸晒油嗰種,一碟10塊,身邊人怕熱氣只食咗一塊,我生吞9塊都無話好膩,仲食得落其他嘢5.鹹雞例牌好食,身邊人嗌多碗白粥直接變雞粥(BTW白粥有瑤柱,小癲)6.兩次都將冰鎮芥菜膽錯誤睇做冰鎮芥蘭(應該係潛意識問題),麻油香加Wasabi,味道其實都幾開胃7.總括嚟講,好食好抵食8.回頭指數:🌝🌝🌝🌝🌝
