To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 很不错的一家店!值得体验!而且没有服务费哦。我每次都要强调这个,因为真的太多店需要,我还不能适应。潮州蒸粉果味道一般,里边有花生米和芹菜,有点奇怪,不过还可以接受。酥皮叉烧包味道很好,每桌必点。酥皮做的很宿。里边的叉烧是瘦肉!但是感觉吃多了还是觉得有点甜。一个刚刚好蜜味叉烧肠粉一般般,皮有些厚,料有些少。脆炸金菇牛肉角是最好吃的一个!一点都不油腻!里边的金针菇也恰到好处!推荐!还点了一个珍珠红豆紫米露,味道有点甜,没有西米露好吃
