To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我有時都幾茂李，走入米線店不吃米線，反而柯打個飯。原本是想吃口水雞飯，可惜售罄，怎麼中午已經把四川涼菜賣完? 是但啦，因為選擇所餘無幾，改要了咖喱豬扒飯。賣相似乎不太對勁，亦欠缺咖喱的香，反而辣椒油的味道多一點。還好，豬扒是鬆化不韌，薯仔夠粉，才挽回一點分數。喝的是凍檸茶，偏甜，卻不夠凍。
