To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

路德圍有好幾間米線，次次經過都見呢間好多人。之前第一次嚟食嗰陣，幾乎滿座，姐姐們好忙，忙到漏左我張單，不過因為米線好煙韌，有隔離雄記咁煙韌(會唔會來貨係同一間？)，所以今日encore。今次冇漏單，上得都好快，米線依然煙韌，湯底偏鹹，重麻辣味，我幾buy，適合我呢d重口味人士。豬扒另上，其貌不揚，但食落ok，腌得入味。d姐姐忙到躁底，有時會大聲互相呼喝，接受唔到佢哋嘈嘅人就唔好嚟。開左account幾年，終於的起心肝寫d野紀錄下，哈

今次冇漏單，上得都好快，米線依然煙韌，湯底偏鹹，重麻辣味，我幾buy，適合我呢d重口味人士。豬扒另上，其貌不揚，但食落ok，腌得入味。d姐姐忙到躁底，有時會大聲互相呼喝，接受唔到佢哋嘈嘅人就唔好嚟。
