To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

米芝蓮一星之雲吞麵

朋友從加拿大到香港一遊，叫我帶佢去食曾經係米芝蓮一星嘅坤記竹昇雲吞麵，其實我係本土香港人都未試過，都唔知好唔好食，但朋友一場嚟到香港，仲點名要食，唯有同佢一齊去試。星期六下午茶時段去到，又無想像中咁多人，一去到就有位，order左一人一碗雲吞麵，說實在的，麵質相對較淋，唔係好彈牙，雲吞味道都可以，我個人覺得佢摘星嘅原因，應該就係佢嘅”大地魚”湯底，真係非常之好味道，無添加，好有古早味，我就一飲而盡喇。朋友反而唔係好識欣賞，但佢都覺得整體個麵同雲吞都好食嘅，不負一星之名。同埋，老闆唔會因為摘左星，而收費不合理，如此良心店舖，值得大家多多支持。
