星期六同女友去荃灣拍下拖、行下街,行到荃灣廣場見到呢間成日都想試既餐廳,咁今次就入去試下佢啦,呢間米芝蓮一星既餐廳,睇門口個環境好簡潔舒服。 入到去都坐得好舒服,唔會有迫既感覺,職員態度真係好好,好有禮貌咁歡迎顧客。 安排座位後,職員都有第一時間介紹餐廳推薦既菜式,係餐牌上已經見到銷售冠軍既蟶子,咁就梗係要試試啦。職員話呢兩款都好多人點,咁我地就要晒佢~~鐵板鹽焗蟶子同冰爽酒糟蟶子,驚唔夠飽就叫多個百秒黃花魚及興化米粉。上枱啦~上枱啦~首先上既係冰爽酒糟蟶子,遠遠都聞到一陣好芳香既酒味,呢味菜係凍食,入口個陣酒香已經係個口度轉下轉下~蟶子好飽滿,超爽口啊,勁勁勁好食~ 因為新鮮所以都無咩沙,味道簡直係一絕啊。 跟住就上埋個鹽焗蟶子,見到的蟶子插晒係的粗鹽度,旁邊仲有的花椒,香到呢...,我決定要救晒佢地,一粒一粒放晒落個口度。嘩~~新鮮既食材真係已經贏左一半,粒粒又係好肥美,就算係鹽焗都好爽口,好有海水味,一的都唔乾身~ Super Yummy~極品啊~ 跟住到條黃花魚,就咁睇個賣相都知道魚湯好濃好鮮,食落去魚肉亦好新鮮,又係一道好新鮮既菜。最後食埋呢個興化米粉就真係剛剛好啦,個米
