於2024年4月24晚和好朋友補祝我生日。香港少有的米芝蓮一星韓國餐廳。餐廳名字寓意為一家人一起用膳。餐廳裝潢簡約無印風,木和米白色為主調,由名廚姜珉用心炮製傳統韓國料理。今次選擇了1480一位的晚餐,再加選了韓國酒pairing。Jateuptang🥣韓式的松仁及石耳煲成的湯,加了蟹肉絲及蝦肉團。綿綿的湯,新鮮的海鮮,一個餐前湯都盡顯心思,一級佳餚。Spring Bite🐚賞心悅目的高級前菜,廚師採用了大醬和芥末把北寄貝調味,再配上韓國時令菜,添上少量魚子醬。魚子醬的鮮都被貝味衝擊蓋過,成了配角。Naengchae🌊韓式刺身辣醋注入南非鮑魚及比目魚中,鮑魚口感稔口且鮮滑,舌頭刺刺麻麻的感覺,Mandu🥟牛骨湯拌精美的韓式餃子,韭菜餡,小小的餃子,濃濃的湯,蘿蔔清甜入味,最為驚喜是羊肚菌不但吸了牛湯的鮮,更釀了肉饀,令人印象深刻。Saeng Seon Gui處理黑喉魚功夫麻煩,用到的肉身很少,但非常鮮滑。辣醬不是刁蠻的辣,而是濃香,配上韭菜和白泡菜。Samgye Yakbap雞脾肉卷着雞肝,淋上菇汁,像紫菜卷物,獨有的雞和內臟香氣。另有人蔘味的炸糯米,甜而不膩又香口。Hanwoo🥩去到

香港少有的米芝蓮一星韓國餐廳。餐廳名字寓意為一家人一起用膳。餐廳裝潢簡約無印風,木和米白色為主調,由名廚姜珉用心炮製傳統韓國料理。

今次選擇了1480一位的晚餐,再加選了韓國酒pairing。

Jateuptang🥣
韓式的松仁及石耳煲成的湯,加了蟹肉絲及蝦肉團。綿綿的湯,新鮮的海鮮,一個餐前湯都盡顯心思,一級佳餚。

Spring Bite🐚
賞心悅目的高級前菜,廚師採用了大醬和芥末把北寄貝調味,再配上韓國時令菜,添上少量魚子醬。魚子醬的鮮都被貝味衝擊蓋過,成了配角。

Naengchae🌊
韓式刺身辣醋注入南非鮑魚及比目魚中,鮑魚口感稔口且鮮滑,舌頭刺刺麻麻的感覺,

Mandu🥟
牛骨湯拌精美的韓式餃子,韭菜餡,小小的餃子,濃濃的湯,蘿蔔清甜入味,最為驚喜是羊肚菌不但吸了牛湯的鮮,更釀了肉饀,令人印象深刻。

Saeng Seon Gui
處理黑喉魚功夫麻煩,用到的肉身很少,但非常鮮滑。辣醬不是刁蠻的辣,而是濃香,配上韭菜和白泡菜。

Samgye Yakbap
雞脾肉卷着雞肝,淋上菇汁,像紫菜卷物,獨有的雞和內臟香氣。另有人蔘味的炸糯米,甜而不膩又香口。

Hanwoo🥩
去到肉食的部分,廚師準備了A4的菲力和肉眼,兩者都牛味重,很鬆軟。廚房更另準備了泡菜,可配肉食。

Namul Bibimguksu🍜
一碗以麻藥弄成的素麵,配了兩片腩肉。凍吃的麵令口感更爽涼,配了蘿蔔葉、薺菜。這時豬肉好像是不起眼的東西,一碗簡單的冷麵已很耀眼。

甜品🍧
留有驚喜,讓你發掘,只能告訴你黑芝麻雪糕發揮極致。

餐廳的每道菜都工序繁複,但完美解釋為何它獲得米芝蓮一星榮譽。
