一月九日(星期六)同老公仔之前都路經過Paul Lafayet,但是當時實在太飽了即刻甜品如何吸引,都吃不了...今次正值吃tea時間,個肚又有空檔,當然走去K11試吧店員落力推介甜品我心目中已經選定了,就是Mille Feuilles即是拿破龠老公仔左選右選,最後要了Gateau a l'orange,即是orange cake兩者賣相吸引拿破龠很脆,那層酥皮做得好!硬得來又脆脆地中間的custard很香滑,蛋味濃而orange cake的賣相也吸引本身我不喜歡吃橙的,都覺得好吃蛋糕層做得相當鬆軟,可見有心過心思呢下次一於試試他們的Macaron吧,看過KC兄的食評,似乎十分值得一試!

拿破龠很脆,那層酥皮做得好!硬得來又脆脆地
中間的custard很香滑,蛋味濃
而orange cake的賣相也吸引
本身我不喜歡吃橙的,都覺得好吃
蛋糕層做得相當鬆軟,可見有心過心思呢

下次一於試試他們的Macaron吧,看過KC兄的食評,似乎十分值得一試!
