To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 太子小菜既餐廳真係好多,不過有米芝蓮級既餐廳,不得不去呢一間。呢間餐廳一定要試佢哋既揚名國際燒肉,皮脆肉軟,再加上自家製既芥末醬,真係好好食,有分大同細份量,細份量都夠2至3個人食既,最緊要係肥得嚟吱嘅太膩。仲有叫咗個黃金鮮魷,鹹蛋黃十足,份量好足夠,佢炸得非常鬆脆。再加咗個招牌沙拉骨,佢嘅沙律醬都非常之豐富,沙律醬唔會遮蓋左個骨嘅味道。仲叫咗一個海皇撈粉絲煲,粉絲煲嘅粉絲非常充足,個賣相仲好豐富,唔似得其他餐廳嘅粉絲煲,只係得個鹹味,佢仲有唔同嘅海鮮,鮮味十足。最後梗係要一個蔬菜,就係蝦干干乾啫啫帝王菜,個菜非常之嫩口,仲要勁多蝦乾。米芝蓮味道但係平民級嘅價錢,所有食物大概$80至$100左右,真係抵食。
