To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

已經食過越瀧棧好多次，今次認真影相分享一下🤭～最鍾意 #泰式蝦膏炒河粉🦐，淡淡咸香，河粉炒得乾身，配搭芽菜、椰菜花絲、紅蘿蔔絲等，顏色吸引又口感豐富，好開胃！#泰式肉鬆咖哩菠蘿雞粒炒飯🍍 都係值得一試再試，炒飯炒到粒粒分明，陣陣咖哩薑黃粉香氣，但唔會食到咖哩辣，好多菠蘿粒，清甜好味，滿碟都係肉鬆，撈埋一齊，有咸有甜，小朋友都食得好開心。每次都會點小食 #泰式酸辣無骨鳳爪🐾，酸辣汁味道調配得非常好，好惹味，辣得🌶️又醒神開胃，食到停唔到口。大大隻嘅無骨鳳爪，爽口彈牙🤭。一定要食埋配搭嘅鮮蕃茄＆洋蔥，吸收晒酸辣汁，好好食架！
