紅粉佳人店內用粉紅色作為基調,加上牆壁上的畫,有點法國小店的感覺。點了兩個set,分別是雞扒配甘粟燒汁和錫紙包香焗意式香草三文魚海鮮天使麵麵包烘得又脆又暖,除了牛油配上三文魚醬,這個醬咸咸香香又滑,和法飽很夾。餐湯,加了$20轉酥皮龍蝦湯,圓卜卜的外型,湯龍蝦味濃郁,而且又不少龍蝦肉,加上酥皮,喝下去十分有飽足感。雞扒配甘粟燒汁,份量太也大太超值了,雞扒肉嫩多汁,火候恰到好處。配菜選了薯條,香脆而不油膩錫紙包香焗意式香草三文魚海鮮天使麵打開錫紙包就聞到蕃茄香氣,酸度適中,海鮮亦多。點了兩個甜品:焗橙香朱古力心太軟伴雪糕和法式焦糖脆蛋伴雪糕心太軟有流心效果,橙味比較搶焦糖脆蛋,燉蛋部分滑溜,凍凍的燉蛋加上暖暖的焦糖脆脆,融在口中。
