To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

大少今日帶咗我去食粉麵飯。大少叫咗牛肚拼魚片頭米加腩汁，我就叫韭菜餃拼魚片頭米，另加碟灼腐乳通菜。大少碗腩汁米，我見到啲腩汁好似好希咁。我見大少好快咁食晒，所以我都冇問佢好唔好食。我d韭菜餃，唔知係唔係因為係潮式韭菜餃嘅關係，所以佢係用雲吞皮包，唔係用水餃圓皮包。個感覺好似雲吞皮 Cross-over 韭菜餃。好得意。呢啲粉麵飯鋪頭，其實都冇乜可以挑剔，全部都係街坊生意, 大件夾抵食。我同大少都只不過想遠離商業區，靜靜地兩個人食個午餐。
