To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食品不過不失,某些菜式算是不錯,環境喧嘩擠迫,服務態度極之惡劣,相信服務員並不知道甚麼是服務行業,甚麼是待客之道,對客人苛斥、呼喝、無禮,甚至粗暴搶走客人的飲品。身處香港數十年,今次才真的領教到這樣的服務態度。

Other Info. : 粗暴搶走飲品 我們一行12人在15.1.2024到這家酒樓用膳,點了蟹套餐。當坐下不久,服務員何杏燕給我們送來了兩樽百香果飲品,我們的一名親友禮貌地問她可不可以轉換啤酒,因她不喜歡這飲品味道。這位服務員隨即黑面,説這套餐並不包括飲品,飲品是我送的,不可以更換,只可以要或不要,並質問我們是否知道一樽飲品價值多少。我們爲免給她繼續「教訓」下去,一致説同意留下飲品,以平息事件。怎料她並不罷休,大聲説:「好心着雷劈」,粗暴地搶走了飲品,悻悻然離去。當時我們都對她的態度大感不安,但因不想破壞一家人聚餐的氣氛,也沒有做聲,不去和她計較。 事件竟然還有後續,數分鐘後,另一名服務員看見我們這檯還沒有飲品,禮貌地送上一樽飲品。當我們預備斟給大家飲用時,同一服務員折回,預備拿走飲品,儘管我們説要求留下飲品,她拒絕並説:「話你們不能有飲品。」這次的感覺就像小孩做錯事給家長處罰一般。 對今時今日這種服務態度,我們實在忍無可忍。我親自向一名男經理反映事件,之後獲得的回覆是:「我已經話咗佢,唉,我好困難㗎,一個男人要管全部女人。」 誠邀貴集團管理層派員查看這店的服務水平,自己作出評價。
