依間餐廳係地庫,貌似係新式台灣野。我嗰一款嘅巨風烏龍茶好有提子香味,幾驚喜。而且又可以添熱水,好抵飲。奇幻世界嘅底係whiskey, 但其實酒味唔重,而且好多水果,多左d 果味,幾易入口同清新。食生果(橙、士多啤梨,搞檸,菠蘿)反而重少少酒味,可能浸住太耐鮑魚幾有咬口,同埋幾大隻。影相嘅時候都唔覺佢切開咗一半,食落先知。依個做法幾細心,因為如果成隻唔切開嘅話,太大隻,女士食起上嚟會冇咁優雅鵝肝好香,牛肉好重牛味。佢仲有個爐邊蛋為住,感覺會比較fusion 龍蝦入面嘅菜都係脆口的,小朋友應該勁鐘意。而且我平時都唔鐘意秋葵滑潺潺,但依個炸左就完全冇個種滑滑嘅感覺黑松露百合好重奶油,而且上面係有金箔。百合食起上嚟好粉。
