今次特別d, 來了九龍城食omakase,就唔係食壽司類, 食炸物等日本菜式。日本大廚親自處理,非常正宗!富山灣海蝦拼海膽,用上新鮮海鮮殼盛住,成件事更加raw更有風味!味道相當鮮甜,口感嫩滑!白蝦帶點黏性好鮮。海膽色澤相當油潤。鯛魚湯,用了傳統靚靚壺,湯清新亦幾香。魚肉嫩滑,在有雜菇更有口感。京都千両茄子,薄薄粉漿剛好在茄子外圍,食起黎開始脆身,之後食出茄子非常多汁,好清新又夠熱。炸帶子配上黑松露,帶子仍keep到内嫩綿滑,外層微微炸香帶口感,用上松露調味更帶有層次感。炸真蠔比較少食到,但處理手法相當高,蠔肉唔會過老,仍帶鮮味。三文魚子拼魷魚,三文魚籽色澤相當亮麗帶光澤!鮮味十足,魷魚質地有彈性,2者拼起黎好夾,口感夠豐富。炸紫菜盛住海膽白蝦,同第一道菜式差不多,但一月次喚醒口腔,鮮味滿滿,口感清脆又清新。松葉蟹一絲絲用料相當夠高,滿滿蟹肉放在蟹蓋内,心思手工之作,味道亦夠鮮味。最後明太子茶漬飯味道帶香,食起黎好舒服!非常飽肚又滿意。
