工作上有點錯誤,令我心情與精神都有點恍惚。朋友見狀,約我到Le Paradis,一邊靜靜地傾下計,一邊享用高品質法式私房菜。到這裡晚飯,一定要先預約,預約時要選定好菜式啊!這裡有晚餐,每位$398,頗為划算,但我更喜歡散點,因為每道菜都必是更合心意的。先來自家製蕃茄橄欖焗包,面層咸咸的又薄脆,面包口感似鬆餅,好法式的味道與感覺,我覺得面包搽點牛油,反能更帶起味道來。吞拿魚卷,四邊略為煎熟,兼有惹味的黑椒味,半熟狀態,仍然不減其嫩滑口感;下層墊底的有蕃茄與洋蔥粒,比莎莎醬濃味一點,同樣惹味。黑松露沙律, 有多種新鮮蔬菜,份量超多,加上幾滴黑松露,香溢不油膩,比用普通沙律醬,來得更矜貴。龍蝦湯,濃稠得宜,第一次喝到有蝦頭蝦膏蝦肉既清又鮮的味道 (平時喝的都是濃濃烘烤蝦殼味的),就像在吃著一隻鮮龍蝦似的,湯裡還有蝦肉,不愛喝龍蝦湯的朋友,嘗一口也愛上。黑松露忌廉汁燒法式春雞,不要妄想一放下就會黑松露樸鼻的效果,因為這個汁是以忌廉為主,若放過多的黑松露,會搶走吃春雞的味道,這汁調得剛好。原本還擔心會原隻春雞上,幸好是以雞件形式上碟,不用吃得這麼狼狽。雞肉仍然juicy嫩滑,松露慢慢在口中滲出來
