一向都覺得法國人同日本人其實係好朋友,特別係佢哋對於食物嘅一絲不苟。我哋揀咗佢個signature Menu,九道菜入邊有三個驚喜項目,都幾鬼驚喜,不過咁樣亦都方便廚師響唔同嘅季節根據時令而轉換不同嘅菜式。唔在餐單上嘅頭盤小食牛蒡小碟。呢個冇乜驚喜,但味道總算唔錯。但作為第一道開胃菜,就好似缺乏咗少少新意。麵包籃今日係蒜蓉包同牛角包,牛角包好鬆化,但真係好似食早餐。第一道菜係日本絹豆腐煎帶子配赤海膽及Parma ham。好鮮味,飲一啖白酒,海水嘅鮮味簡直係口到爆出黎。第二道菜Balik煙三文魚。Balik係煙三文魚入邊嘅王者,店員煞有介事咁問我哋食唔食煙三文魚,Nalik喎,做咩唔食先!以前淨係俄國沙皇先有得食。三文魚配上蘆筍、炸蓮藕、明太子、蜜糖芥茉醬、香檳魚子醬、 榛子碎及青檸雪巴,flavour profile好豐富。跟住係浸到半熟嘅日本蠔加鱘魚子、三文魚子、青蘋果及蘋果醋啫喱。魚類係油甘魚刺身牛油果卷加上芒果醬堅魚汁同羅勒油,油甘魚本身已經肥美,加上牛油果我本來以為會太膩,但配合埋酸酸甜甜嘅芒果醬卻又剛剛好。呢一件望落去係一件黃牛壽司,但Evan進階版嘅黃牛壽司用嘅係A4火炙和

呢一件望落去係一件黃牛壽司,但Evan進階版嘅黃牛壽司用嘅係A4火炙和牛,但包住嘅唔係白飯而係吞拿魚蓉,兩樣我都喜愛,雖然廚師建議我哋擺埋一齊食,但我食咗一半之後還是覺得兩樣咁有性格同份量嘅材料分開食先冇浪費佢哋。壽司前面有一片細細地嘅唔係紫菜,而係魚子脆片。

然後下一道海鮮係冰島琵琶蝦,琵琶蝦燒完後再加上青蘋果粒同芒果醬,天氣熱熱地食落去其實相當爽口。

肉類菜式係鹿兒島A4和牛。其實我一向覺得A4和牛過分油膩,做壽喜燒火鍋係唔錯,但用嚟當扒食用於西餐就太過肥膩。不過呢度主菜用咗鹿兒島A4和牛的里脊肉,入口鬆軟即溶,但有一點油膩感覺都沒有。實在好驚喜。

最後一道係士多啤梨雪芭配上花生騷,酸酸甜甜正好中和口入邊和牛嘅油香。
最後來一杯特濃咖啡,算是為今晚做一個完美嘅總結。
