經朋友介紹下去了尖沙咀既大同私房菜,餐廳要以預約booking, 做傳統和新式廣東菜!包箱之餘還有卡拉ok可供客人享用,環境優雅有格調。花旗參響螺燉水鴨,睇湯渣就知夠足料,湯頭無味精而且無乜油!飲起黎夠簡單直接,有響螺既鮮味之餘還有鴨肉既香味,湯渣再配上辣椒豉油更有風味。芝士焗蟹蓋帶有微微既香辣感,反而更襯托出蟹肉配芝士既香味!滿滿既餡料迫爆蟹蓋,可配上醋汁更為風味!啖啖蟹香非常滋味。左宗棠辣雞味道比較濃香惹味,辣度都相當有風味,雞丁啖啖肉唔乾身,味道幾吸引我既味蕾。蟹粉豆苗份量夠多,蟹粉金黃,豆苗色澤夠光澤!而且豆苗無渣,入口味道相當討好,還帶有陣陣既蟹香。紅燒乳鴿隻隻都夠大隻,肉嫩夠入味, 鹵水汁相當出色,味道濃而不咸!還伴上脆脆既蝦片,幾大月層次口感。廣州荔灣豉椒炒蟹相當有風味,唔係用炸蒜炒!所以味道更為香濃入味!蟹肉夠新鮮,醬料香味融入其中,炒得夠香夠鑊氣。大同咖喱牛腩配荷葉飯,咖喱類都係餐廳既招牌菜式,味道香而不辣!牛腩夠嫩夠淋!再配荷葉飯,内裡配料超多又豐富,還滲出陣陣雞潤香味。
