當年跟著父親工幹,多次出入啟德機場,無數次在九龍城晩飯,現在機場搬了,變成少有到此地,若非有飯局不會走到來,朋友在都市閒情認識了大廚,專誠捧場。飯店在一樓,坐在窗邊見大招牌,介紹兩款招牌菜,我哋點咗個糯米蟹,亦係大廚的心水推介。原個蒸籠,菲律賓羔蟹,蟹蓋同腳都有橙色的羔,就連個糯米飯都有,每一啖飯都有蟹香,而且果然係藥膳專家,加咗杞子,不忘明目,係我今晚最欣賞的。啫啫菜煲,夠哂熱,加咗肉粒,炒得好香。
